It is a quite strange thing to discuss a counterpart technology of human AI in a field like the human resource. The technology has taken us so far that now we are able to produce the programs that have their own thinking mechanism. It is like the discovery of fire which initially was only meant for light and source of warm in winters for the first men but later on used for numerous purposes. AI is a sort of fire which invented for one purpose but now is wide enough to create its impact on the HRs too.

The interesting part is, adoption of the Ai in the HR departments of companies are on the increase. Companies don't matter big or small are using AI at their own capacity to increase the performance of the human resource management. Nonetheless, AI is making its mark in this industry, and the companies are enjoying it for numerous reasons.

In the next lines of this article, I am going to tell you some of the changes in HR industry that caused by the impact of AI on human resources.

Automating the Screening:

One of the biggest impacts that the AI has made on the HR industry is reducing the element of biasness in the evaluation process of the applicants. The AI is reducing the biasness by automating the candidate screening which is making this process faster too.

The companies are using the AI technology for evaluating the candidates and classifying them according to their qualifications, experience and interesting field of work. Some of the AI software can also grade the candidates according to their bio and percentage of matching the criteria of hiring. Through this, the favoritism and biasness gest out of the picture and only the deserving and ideal candidates for the job get the interview call.

Reducing Human Errors:

Human is prone to mistakes. It is impossible when a person has to organize the messed-up data, every day he or she would not make any mistake in it. These are the human errors which you cannot obsolete completely but reduced.

To get rid of that completely, the HR guys are again using AI software for reducing the errors and improve compliance. There is a reason behind it. AI is best for collecting and compiling the data quickly without any chance of error unless someone hacked into it. The best part is, a company can take the work of multiple people with only one AI software which might can generate some employment issues if everyone starts using it.

Augmenting Corporate Training:

Apart from all the recruitment and applicant scrutiny side of HR jobs, training and skill enhancement is another job of the HR which they have to do on the regular basis within the organization. This is where the AI is also making its impact.

The AI is helping the managers and the authority position holder in the companies to manage their teams and its feedbacks and putting it to use immediately. The AI and the machine learning is helping the managers to that extreme extent that there is a fear building up that it is going to cut down the role of managers which could make effects on their worth in the industry. However, still people believe that it can never replace the leaders and the people with leadership qualities because technology has not developed enough to manage the team of humans.

Automate Candidate Outreach:

Outreaching right candidates for the vacant places in the company is something which always been a headache for the HR people. You can only make assumptions on the bases of candidate CV which most of the times doesn’t hit the spot. Whereas, the AI has been proved successful in outreaching the right candidates for the job with the help of machine learning which is getting more and more accurate with the time.
