CourageousHR's philosophy

CourageousHR is a firm which is passionate about people, has a shared belief that HR should play a powerful role in shaping organisational success and that the future of organisational life will be based on partnerships rather than hierarchy.

This passion and philosophy is informed by our career as ex-practioners, a belief that ‘tomorrow doesn’t have to be the same as today’, as well as a recognition that organisations are demanding greater value from HR than ever before.

Our partnership approach is centered on our own and our client’s experiences;

  • We start with developing a common understanding and agreed business need
  • Our business model is transparent
  • We share our experiences, listen to our clients circumstances and help to create solutions that work and are not dependent on our continued support
  • Always looking forward by exploring innovative solutions
  • Challenge clients’ assumptions but recognise their greater understanding of their organisation

If you'd like to know more about why we think it is criticial for HR to work as one in partnership with the business, go to our 'HR is a Community'.
