The Driving Force

There is more to CourageousHR than meets the eye but the main driving force behind the success of CourageousHR are the two Directors, Guy Ellis and Chris O'Brien.

 Guy Ellis

Guy has worked with numerous Blue Chip companies since 1990 in a variety of senior Human Resources ‘business partner’, specialist and HR Director roles, mainly with international remits. Guy left corporate life in 2003 to set up this own business as an Interim Manager and consultant.

Guy’s corporate and consulting / interim management experience includes Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Aon, Aon Consulting, CR Bard, Citibank, Bank of America, NatWest as well as a number of SME organisations.

Following extensive research with a variety of international companies including Prudential, Capital One, Oxfam, Disney, BP, GSK, Rabobank and Standard Chartered, Guy published “Tales of Talent: A Modern Fable for Today’s Managers” in 2006.
